Custom Cake Cancellation Policy: Notify us at least 5 days before your scheduled pickup date to cancel without penalty. For custom cakes, if you miss the 5 day window, charges of up to 50% of the total price may apply, as each custom cake is unique. Contact us via email at thecakeshop1200@gmail.com to cancel your order.
Daily Cake Selection: Late Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are considered "late" when made with less than 24 hours' notice before the scheduled pick-up date. In such cases, a charge of 50% of the total order will be charged to the card used to secure the order.
Rescheduling Orders: To reschedule your order, a 50% charge of the total price will be applied to secure the new date and will be processed on your card.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. For any concerns, please email us at thecakeshop1200@gmail.com.
Fee Waiver*: We reserve the right to waive any fee or penalty at our discretion for reasons we deem sufficient and reasonable.
