It’s best to send someone familiar with the order details—especially if you’re picking up extra goodies like cupcakes or cookies. Once your order leaves our shop, it’s in your capable hands! By accepting and paying for your order, you (or your trusted cake transporter) confirm that everything looks just right. Whoever picks up should know your first name and either the name or description of the cake. If you have any questions about transport, storage, or cake care, don’t hesitate to ask us before pick-up—we’re always happy to help!
